Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation must be requested in writing via email.

No cancellations allowed after shipment has been processed.

 

 

Need to return your item? No problem.

 

5 Day Return Policy

Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 5 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return.

 

We will send you a pre-paid UPS return label via email or mail. All you have to do is take the box to a UPS drop off location in your area, with the UPS label(s) attached to the box(es).

After the Receipt of Goods in our warehouse, we will issue an in house Credit and apply it towards your next order or Credit the Credit Card you used for the purchase.

 

  1. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  2. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee which includes shipping costs back to our warehouse.
  3. We do not accept Partial Return on a Pre-pack Assortment. All pieces within the Pre-pack must be returned. Customer can not Pick and Choose Sizes or Colors and return the remaining pieces.
  4. Returns are accepted only on items that are the original packaging. We do not issue refund for worn merchandise or items that are not in their original packaging.
